The Professional Year is an important industry requirement designed to provide practical experience, technical development, and hands-on client engagement under the supervision of an experienced adviser. During this period, Sewwandi will be supervised by Joshua Fileti and will continue building her knowledge across areas such as strategy development, client communication, compliance, and delivering high-quality financial advice.
As part of this process, you may see Sewwandi involved in meetings, client reviews, advice strategy preparation or follow-up communications alongside senior members of our team. This supervised experience is designed to ensure she develops the skills and professionalism required to provide exceptional advice and client service.
